Isolate and diagnose the bacteria associated with acne and injuries, pixeon study of the influence of some factors associated with bzhoralhab for a sample of students of the Faculty of education at the University of Dhi Qar. All swabs examined directly to identified bacteria, Then swabs were cultured and biochemical tests was made to its . The sensitivity test for both isolates bacteria were showed a high sensitivity to cephaloxin And the study found 21(44.68%) isolates from Staphyllococcus epidermidis and 23(48%) from Propionibacterium acne produced lipase enzyme .The study data showed that females( 54%) were complaining of acne more than male ,and that females pixeon developed acne earlier than male ,While pixeon sever acne was commonly see more in male than female In this study we found that family history,deit and stress factors was aggravated acnes in both sexes. And the study was showed that acne increased in 84(84%) student from both sexes and acne was flare up before menstruation cycle in 43(80%) females student .Also, we were found that Propionibacterium acne was the major bacteria that isolated in comedones ,While staphyllococcus epidermidis was the majorbacteria that isolated in pustules. , pilosebaceous follicles ( ) comedones papules pustules , cysts nodules (Habif,2004) . 90% ( 13-19 ) . ,2006) (Poom. . dermis .
